Responsibilities

• Maintenance on VRVs, VRFs, chillers, and splits.
• A mix of PPMs and reactive breakdowns.
• Multiskilled tasks (electrical, plumbing, fabric).
• A commercial portfolio of sites.

What Were Looking For

• Proven commercial experience.
• Strong technical and multi-skilled ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 18th Edition is a major plus.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
