Overview

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer – Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services. This is a field-based, mobile role covering Bristol and the surrounding regions (postcodes BS). Salary: £28,548 - £50,000 depending on qualifications and experience. This role operates within the TS-Mobile division. Responsibilities

• Undertake service, maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment, including split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.


• Work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets, multidecks or ice machines as required.


• Work across a variety of manufacturer plants (e.g., Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba, LG) and understand installation designs and manufacturer troubleshooting procedures.


• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time; maintain logs of inspections, reports and remedial work.


• Possess a full current driving licence and participate in an on-call rota.


• Perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.


• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable using a handheld computer device (PDA).


• Work with minimal supervision while also contributing as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications such as FGAS & ODS regs; time-served apprenticeship; C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent.


• Experience in a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment.


• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of work.
