Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a new mobile role in the Exeter area?

Location: Exeter & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 + Overtime + Benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a leading HVAC and FM service provider to join their team, delivering service and maintenance across a variety of commercial sites in Exeter and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Planned and reactive maintenance of Air Conditioning and HVAC systems
  • Working across a portfolio of commercial buildings
  • Fault finding, breakdowns, and repairs on a range of systems

Systems You'll Work On

  • Split Units
  • VRVs & VRFs
  • AHUs & FCUs
  • General HVAC & plant room equipment

Requirements

  • F-Gas Qualified
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (desirable)
  • Previous experience in planned & reactive maintenance of A/C systems within commercial environments
  • Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently
