A leading HVAC hard FM contractor currently has key requirements for a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to cover Commercial Buildings in London and surrounding areas. Covering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, lamp replacements, FCU's, AHU's and small plumbing repairs

As a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will be: -

Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer will service and maintain BMS front end systems Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer will complete breakdowns on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer will fault find and repair Electrical systems and Mechanical plant Will be on the callout rota which is 1 in 8, £100 retainer and min. 4hrs per callout Will be covering Commercial sites within London and surrounding areasRequirements for the Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer: -
