*About the Role*

* *Hours:* 8am – 5pm

* *Type:* Full-time, Permanent

* *Location:* Mobile – Central & Greater London (within the M25)

* *Call-Out Rota:* 1 in 7 weeks

* *Reporting To:* Bishops Stortford Head Office

This role includes participation in our 24/7/365 emergency call-out rota – a vital part of our commitment to excellent service.

*What We’re Looking For*

*Qualifications (Required):*

* Commercial gas certifications

*Additional Qualifications (Desirable – attract enhanced salary):*

* Oil

* Electrical

* Plumbing

*Experience & Skills:*

* Sound knowledge of commercial/domestic appliances and maintenance

* Strong technical and fault-finding capabilities

* Familiar with heating systems, BMS, controls, pumps, DMZ valves, plate exchangers

* Ability to diagnose and resolve heating, hot water, and cold-water issues

* Professional, flexible, and confident communicator

*Other Essentials:*

* Gas Safe registered

* Full UK driving licence

* Comfortable using tablets/PDAs

* Willingness to support other trades when needed

*Important Information*

* Applicants must be currently living in the UK and authorised to work here.

* You must live within a commutable distance to Central London.
