Youll be responsible for maintaining and repairing essential building services systems, with the freedom of a mobile role and the support of a wider technical team. Working across multiple sites, youll carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of electrical and mechanical systems

helping to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation in commercial and public buildings. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical and mechanical building systems in line with service level agreements.

Carry out reactive maintenance tasks and small works, including fault finding, emergency lighting tests, HVAC checks, and lighting upgrades.
