We are excited to present an opportunity for the role of a Mobile Electrical Engineer with a Leading Facilities Maintenance Provider looking after a commercial portfolio based around West London.

Role

Position: Mobile Electrical Engineer

Location: Based around Surbiton, Hounslow, Middlesex etc

Salary: Up to £43,500 + Van & Fuel Card (Personal Use)

Responsibilities

• PPMs.
• Reactives.
• Remedials.
• AHU's/FCU's.
• HVAC.
• Complete mechanical and electrical tasks to ensure projects and improvements are implemented.
• Manage planned and unplanned electrical work.
• Maintain documented evidence for all departments in preparation for audits and legislative purpose.
• Ensure high standards of Health and Safety at all times.
• Ensure all work carried out to standard required by client.

• Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Requirements

• Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical technical qualification or has proven time served experience.
• MUST HAVE 18th edition
• 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
