Position: Mobile Electrical Engineer
Location: Dover and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum + Van & Fuel Card
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a well-established facilities management provider, carrying out maintenance and inspection works across a variety of commercial sites in Dover and the surrounding areas.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical works, as well as undertaking testing and inspection duties. This is a mobile position, offering variety day-to-day as you support a range of commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out PPMs and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial sites
Completing testing & inspection duties in line with 2391 requirements
Diagnosing faults, undertaking repairs, and ensuring systems remain compliant
Supporting minor installation and upgrade works where required
Ensuring all work is delivered safely and in line with current regulations
Maintaining accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation Requirements:
Fully qualified in Electrical Engineering (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
18th Edition certified
2391 Testing & Inspection qualification (essential)
Previous experience working within commercial building maintenance or FM
Full UK driving licence
Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
Good communication and organisational abilities Why Apply?
