About The Role

Are you a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer ready for a new challenge? Join an established facilities maintenance provider and take your career to the next level. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to multiple commercial sites.

Responsibilities

• PPM's
• Reactives
• AHU's/FCU's
• HVAC
• Complete mechanical and electrical tasks to ensure projects and improvements are implemented
• Manage planned and unplanned electrical work
• Maintain documented evidence for all departments in preparation for audits and legislative purposes
• Ensure high standards of Health and Safety at all times
• Ensure all work carried out to standard required by client

• Competitive basic salary of up to £42,000
• Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Requirements

• Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical technical qualification or has proven time served experience
• MUST HAVE 17th or 18th edition
• 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
