The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a growing contract services team covering London and the Home Counties.
This position will involve delivering both reactive and planned maintenance across a diverse portfolio of retail and commercial properties including cinemas, supermarkets, shopping centres, high-end residential developments and office buildings.
The role also includes small works and installation projects.
Key Responsibilities
*
Reactive electrical maintenance and fault finding
*
Carrying out small installation and remedial works
*
Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
*
Conducting EICRs
*
Emergency lighting testing
*
Fire alarm testing
*
Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations
*
Completing digital reports and liaising with helpdesk teams
*
Representing the business professionally across client sites
Mechanical Awareness (Desirable)
Basic working knowledge of the following equipment would be beneficial:

MVHR systems
*
Extract fans
*
AHUs & FCUs
*
HIUs & CIUs
*
Air source heat pumps
*
Hot water cylinders
Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
*
Proven experience in a similar mobile commercial maintenance role
*
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
*
City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
*
ECS Card
*
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
*
Computer literate and confident completing digital compliance reports
*
Full UK Driving Licence
