Job Description Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings - Somerset & Surrounding Counties - Up to £43,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Bristol. CBW is currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based across commercial environments, including mainly schools & offices, as well as various other commercial buildings. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven commercial/property building maintenance track record. He or she will be required to carry out Electrical planned and reactive maintenance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

\n Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution)

\n

Emergency lighting

\n

Small works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits

\n

Assisting in the mechanical & fabric maintenance on site

\n

Any reactive and planned maintenance on site

\n

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday (40-hour week)

08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Requirements

\n Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

\n

City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 Essential

\n

City & Guild/NVQ Level 3 Essential

\n

City & Guilds - 18th Edition

\n

A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance

\n

Installation experience

\n

Excellent customer service skills

\n

Happy to cover a large site

\n

Honest, hard-working and reliable

\n
