This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified engineer to work across a commercial portfolio in the Basildon area covering 3 different sites, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems.

Your Key Responsibilities
\n PPM & reactive maintenance on electrical plant across multiple sites
\n
\n
Testing and maintaining emergency lighting and fire alarms
\n
\n
Servicing pumps, motors, seals, booster sets and HVAC equipment
\n
\n
Working with AHUs / FCUs – filter changes, cleaning, general upkeep
\n
\n
Basic plumbing tasks – unblocking toilets, checking pipework
\n
\n
\n BMS monitoring and performance reporting
\n
\n
Support general building fabric and minor mechanical duties
\n
\n
Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and on-site protocols
\n
\n
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain site standards
\n
\n
What You’ll Need
\n \n C&G Level 2 or 3 Electrical Installation – Essential
\n
\n
\n 18th Edition Wiring Regulations – Essential
\n
\n
Proven experience in commercial maintenance (FM environments)
\n
\n
Multi-skilled and confident across electrical, HVAC, and basic fabric duties
\n
\n
Strong communication and customer service skills
\n
\n
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
\n
\n
Full UK driving licence
\n
\n
