Mobile Electrical Engineer - FM Service Provider - Berkshire, Hertfordshire and South Buckinghamshire - Up to £42,500
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Berkshire, Hertfordshire and South Buckinghamshire .
CBW are currently recruiting a mobile Electrical Engineer to be based on a mixed commercial & high-end residential contract. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.
Key duties & Responsibilities

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
\n
Emergency lighting
\n
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
\n
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
\n
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
\n
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
\n
General building fabric
\n
Monitor mechanical plant
\n
Hours of Work
\n
Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
\n
08:00am to 17:00pm
\n
Requirements
\n
Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
\n
City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3 (Required)
\n
City & Guilds - 17/18th Edition (Required)
\n
Inspection & Testing 2391 (Desirable)
\n
LVAP (Desirable)
\n
HVAP (Desirable)
\n
A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
\n
Excellent customer service skills
\n
Happy to cover a large site
\n
Honest, hard working and reliable
\n
Package

Up to £42,500 per annum
