Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - South of England - Up to £45,000

Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London. CBW are currently looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 20 commercial buildings located in South the South of England. The successful candidates will be Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training. The sites include Cambridge, Bishop Stortford, Reading, Birmingham (once a month), Milton Keynes and West Malling. Due to the location of the sites it would probably suit someone based in Cambridgeshire or Hertfordshire.

Key duties & Responsibilities Emergency Lighting & Fire Alarm Maintenance Carry out PPM's & Reactive maintenance Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds etc) Tap Temps Ensuring log books are kept up to date Escorting specialist sub contractors Assisting other engineers Offering technical support Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00pm

Requirements City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Level 2 & 3 17th or 18th Edition You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential) A proven track record in commercial building maintenance An understanding of commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Excellent customer service skills You must be happy to work on a "Mobile" basis and attend multiple sites across a large patch Package Up to £45,000 (Based on experience / Qualifications) Company Vehicle PDA's 20 days holiday + BH Overtime available Training and development opportunities Contributory pension scheme Please send your CV to Dan Barber at Cbw Staffing Solutions for more information TPBN1_UKTJ
