Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - London

My client is seeking a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic team in the London area on a permanent position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across a variety of mechanical and electrical building systems. This includes diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

The role requires strict adherence to safety procedures and policies, particularly those set by Integral and Amazon. Accurate record-keeping of all maintenance activities using the site’s CAFM system is essential. The engineer will liaise closely with site management and contractors to minimise disruption to operations and will participate in site audits, inspections, and compliance checks.

Additionally, the role supports energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives on site. A key requirement for this position is either an electrical apprenticeship or NVQ level 3 (Electrical discipline , which is mandatory and cannot be omitted.

Skills:
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (mandatory)
Commercial LV Electrical experience
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Fault diagnosis and repair of HVAC systems
Electrical and mechanical maintenance skills
Knowledge of lighting and plumbing systems
Experience with CAFM systems for maintenance record-keeping
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and compliance
Ability to liaise effectively with site management and contractors
Participation in site audits and inspections
Commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives

Software/Tools:

This is a permanent position, paying up to 45k.
