OverviewPurpose and objectives of the role.We are looking for an experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer who can deliver high-quality service while completing routine maintenance tasks across multiple sites/locations in the North East. The successful candidate will need to be able to work in a mobile capacity to support business continuity and compliance while building strong working relationships with clients, site staff, and colleagues. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a variety of buildings, carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance on HVAC systems, and perform reactive and emergency breakdown tasks.ResponsibilitiesWorking in a variety of buildings throughout the regionCarrying out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperworkCarrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance on various systems and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.Working on minor PPM enquiries in HVAC and M&EThe postholder will be required to undertake additional tasks or ad-hoc responsibilities, as directed by management, in order to meet the needs of the business and clientsKnowledge, skills & experienceExperience in all aspects of servicing, repairs and installsPossess comprehensive technical skills to fault find and rectifyGood controls knowledgeGood plumbing skillsKnowledge of BMS SystemsHave a flexible approach to workBe prepared to work out of hours when requiredBasic Electrical Safety Knowledge and experienceMinimum 5 years\' experience in a similar roleAble to use own initiative.Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practicesCapable of completing essential paperwork in accurate and timely manner #J-18808-Ljbffr
