Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Mobile Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites in the North Somerset area. You will be responsible for ensuring buildings are safe, well-maintained, and compliant, working closely with the wider FM team to deliver exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a range of building fabric systems.
Undertake general building maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, decorating, tiling, basic electrical, and other handyman duties.
Respond quickly and effectively to reactive maintenance requests.
