What You'll Do:

Carry out a range of fabric maintenance and repair tasks, including:* Carpentry repairs (doors, windows, frames) * Roofing repairs (minor) * Plumbing * Brickwork repairs (minor) * Painting and decorating (minor) * General building maintenance tasks

Respond promptly to customer requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Project works - Office refurbishments Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Effectively manage your own workload and travel schedule Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management

What You'll Need:
