The CompanyMy client is one of a major privately-owned Built environment construction, development and property maintenance company in the UK.They provide, Mechanical & Electrical, Fabric, Air conditioning and Combustion, maintenance and installations to commercial & retail environments.The RoleYou will work Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Working on a handful of commercial sites in SE postcodes.ResponsibilitiesPlumbing repairsDoor maintenance and repairTiling patch repairs, wall and floorTemporary repairs to flooring carpets, lino and screedsSuspended ceiling repairsShelving rackingPainting and decoratingLock changes/repairsExternal repairs i.e. patch brickwork, paviersProvide detailed and accurate reports for any remedial works required whilst attending siteComply with company QA and Departmental proceduresKeep and maintain all company issued tools in a safe and serviceable mannerAssist in the preparation of emergency and contingency plansEnsure accurate records appertaining to all planned preventative maintenance and the emergency repairs completedOversee all site activities, both maintenance and project specific and ensure all safety aspects are managed and monitored in accordance with site procedures and requirementsPerform all duties in line with current health and safety legislation and company policy with relevance to safe working practices and the storage of chemicalsRequirementsCity & Guilds appropriate to Plumbing (desirable)Previous experience in a similar field (essential)The PackageUp to £33,000-£36,000Fully Expense Company VehicleContributory Company Pension Scheme #J-18808-Ljbffr
