Mobile Service Engineer – Forklift / Material Handling

Location Kent (covering within 1 hour from home)

Salary/Bonuses £41,500 + Overtime (x1.5 / x2) + Van + Call Out Allowance (£150/week optional) + £2,000 salary increase in January, with a further rise in April

The Role As a Mobile Service Engineer, you will carry out planned maintenance, servicing, and repairs across a wide range of forklift and material handling equipment. Working field-based within an hour of your home location, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting breakdown callouts when required, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

Servicing and repairing forklift trucks and material handling equipment.

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.

Supporting breakdowns and optional callout rota.

Completing accurate service reports and job documentation.

Representing the company professionally on customer sites.
