About The Company
We support our customers by keeping their industrial and access machinery in peak condition through maintenance, repairs, and inspections, with a focus on forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a range of machinery onsite and offsite
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and servicing
• Complete job cards, paperwork, and timesheets accurately and promptly
• Request parts efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships
• Follow health & safety policies and keep tools safe and compliant

Requirements

• Proven experience with forklifts/materials handling equipment
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability
• Good communication and IT skills (MS Office)
• Customer-focused, commercial awareness, team player
• Able to work independently with a can-do attitude
