My client is seeking a skilled Mobile Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic team responsible for the upkeep and reliability of pumping systems and associated mechanical equipment.The role involves delivering preventative maintenance, responding to reactive and corrective maintenance needs, and carrying out fault finding and investigations on mechanical systems.Proven industrial mechanical maintenance experience is essential.ResponsibilitiesDeliver planned preventative maintenance on pumping systems and mechanical equipmentAttend to reactive and corrective maintenance tasks promptly and efficientlyConduct fault finding and investigations, documenting findings as requiredPerform repairs, replacements, and calibrations on pumps and related equipmentAssist operational teams with troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical problemsEnsure all work complies with health and safety legislation and company policiesCertifications & StandardsNVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)Valid UK driving licenceCompliance with The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974You will be required to complete repairs, replacements, and calibrations on pumps and equipment as necessary, while supporting operational staff in resolving complex mechanical issues. A strong commitment to health and safety is essential, ensuring compliance with The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 at all times.
