Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London & the South East. CBW are currently looking for an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover commercial buildings located across London and Richmond areas ideally living on the West Side of London.

The successful candidates will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. You will be working across a range of buildings carrying out PPM's mainly to landlord buildings.

This is Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £44,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.
