Mobile Mechanical Engineer\nLocation: Edinburgh & East Lothian (Between two sites)\nAbout the role\nOur client is looking are looking for an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer who has experience of reactive maintenance and PPM’s on industrial Plant such as boilers, HVAC and everything mechanical Ideally, you will based in or around the Edinburgh area and will have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites/projects in the Region.\nWhats on Offer?\n * £38,000 to £40,000\n * Company Van\n * Private Medical Care\n * 28 days holiday + public holidays\n * £130 bonus per call out attended\nWhat you will be doing?\n * Attend and carry out planned/reactive/additional works across the contract’s estate.\n * Attend all jobs issued which may include non-mechanical jobs for which you have the necessary skills and knowledge to undertake.\n * Undertake all tasks as directed by supervisors or other line management and jobs issued by the Helpdesk. Work must be in accordance with GTFM, client and site policies and procedures\n * You must be able to read and interoperate engineering drawings and building plans.\n * As well as working core hours you will be required to partake on the call out rota. As this is a mobile based contract a company vehicle will be provided and must be used for traveling whilst on GTFM business\n * Instructions which relate to the tasks in hand need to be adhered to\n * All work must be done to current legislative standards and best industry standard\n * The operative will be required to act in a courteous and respectful manor\n * Attend Tool-Box-Talks, training and meetings as directed by management\nAbout you?\n * FM experience in an educational setting is desirable\n * You must have a clean driving licence to be considered for this role due to travel requirements\n * City & Guilds qualification or HND or equivalent in mechanical engineering or mechanical bias\n * Excellent Customer Service skills\n * Good Written/verbal communication Skills\n * Adaptable and flexible approach to work requirements\n * You will also be able to demonstrate the following key attributes.\n * Desire to understand and promote the Company purpose, vision, values and culture
