The role involves managing servicing and repairs on customer sites as part of an all-in-one vehicle and plant maintenance offering.ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site servicing and repairs for a variety of assets, including Manitou equipment and smaller plant.Travel to multiple customer sites; pre-booked jobs are communicated via Head Office using tablets.Work as a lone engineer with the support of a people-focused business.Ensure high standards of customer service and quality workmanship.Utilise own tools (specialist tooling can be supplied as required, e.g., torque wrench and testing gauges).Maintain flexibility with working hours; the role requires 47.5 hours per week and hours begin when you leave home in the morning.QualificationsExperience as a Mobile Plant Engineer or similar role.Loler training is ideal; training can be provided if not already held.Good customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple customer sites.Benefits and RemunerationBasic salary £36,000 - £38,000 per annum.After probation, eligible for quarterly bonuses of up to £1,000 per quarter.Dedicated training opportunities and potential for career growth.Supportive, focused on employee development, with regular staff events and various perks throughout the year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
