Need to be based within a commutable distance of Aylesbury (Oxford, Thame, Haddenham, Bicester, Waddesdon, Princes Risborough, Chesham, Amersham, High Wycombe, Winslow & all surrounding areas

£38,000 - £45,000 + Van + Overtime + Call-out Bonus + Enhanced Pension + Private Healthcare + 32 days holiday (increasing further with service) + Company Benefits

Are you a Plant / HGV / Ex-forces Engineer, looking for a mobile position where you can increase your salary through overtime?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join this successful and expanding business where you will carry out a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance on plant machinery and equipment, with ongoing technical training.

Alongside this you will be able to substantially increase your salary through the availability of overtime and call-out bonuses as well as the chance to progress to senior and supervisory roles further down the line.

This position would suit an Engineer from a Plant, HGV, REME background, looking for a mobile role with overtime potential.

The Role:

  • Predominantly field based, occasionally based from workshop
  • Planned and reactive maintenance of plant machinery
  • Ongoing technical training and career development


The Candidate:

  • One of the following backgrounds:
    • Plant
    • HGV/PSV
    • Cranes
    • REME
  • Mechanical or electrical bias
  • Full UK driving licence
