Overview

Field Service Engineer (plant) — £34,000 - £37,000 (DOE) + 1.5x overtime + internal/external training + company van & fuel card. Monday - Friday (days). Devon & Cornwall patch (can be located anywhere across Devon or Cornwall).

Role

• Servicing, repair and maintenance of plant equipment and construction-based machinery
• Mobile based role covering the Devon & Cornwall patch
• Manage breakdowns and inspections for a range of plant machinery (dumpers, extractors, loaders) across top brands
• Utilise extensive internal and external training to develop technical skills
• Opportunity to maximise earnings through overtime

The Person / Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineer from a Plant, Agricultural, REME, or Ex-forces background
• Experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, pneumatics; electrical systems are desirable
• Good communication skills and a collaborative team player

Location & Schedule

South West patch (Devon & Cornwall). Monday - Friday days with lots of optional overtime.
