Mobility Field Service Engineer Trusted Recruiter is proud to be working on behalf of a highly respected mobility and rehabilitation specialist to find a dedicated Mobility Service Engineer to join their growing team in Oxfordshire. This is a full-time role offering the chance to make a real difference in the lives of individuals requiring mobility and independence support. Location: Oxfordshire Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week Salary: Competitive, based on experience About the Role This role is part of a small and supportive service team, where you will play a vital role in delivering technical and customer support for a range of high-quality mobility and rehabilitation products.Products include Powered and Manual Wheelchairs, Mobility Scooters, Hoist and slings, Stairlifts, ceiling track hoists, ramps and other mobility/disbaility related equipment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Attend customer appointments for services, breakdowns, repairs, and fitting of parts. * Provide engineering support within the workshop for consultants and technicians. * Assess customers' needs for new equipment and provide professional recommendations. * Generate accurate and timely quotations following on-site assessments. * Respond promptly and effectively to customer and internal queries. * Maintain accurate records, manage invoicing and payment collection. * Assist with general workshop operations and other tasks as required. Product Range You will be working with a wide variety of mobility and rehabilitation products, including: * Manual and powered wheelchairs * Mobility scooters * Cushions and back supports * Recliner chairs * Shower chairs * Various mobility equipment and accessories Key Requirements * Good working knowledge of mechanical and electrical products. * Ability to communicate effectively with elderly and less-abled individuals. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage your own workload. * Flexible and willing to assist across a variety of responsibilities. Additional Information The role covers Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. Occasional travel beyond this region may be required. The location is easily accessible from Witney, Oxford, Woodstock, and nearby towns. Free parking is provided on site. Keywords.
