In this role, you will leverage your expertise in model-based systems engineering (MBSE) to design, develop, and integrate complex systems, and will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure our systems are efficient, reliable, and innovative.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and implement model-based systems engineering methodologies and frameworks.\nCreate and maintain system models using industry-standard tools such as Cameo, SysML, MATLAB, Simulink, or similar.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and specifications.\nConduct system architecture design and analysis, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.\nPerform system integration, verification, and validation activities.\nIdentify and mitigate risks associated with system design and development.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives in MBSE processes and practices.\nDocument system design and engineering processes for internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\nProven experience in model-based systems engineering, preferably in the defense, aerospace, or security sectors.\nProficiency in using MBSE tools such as Cameo, SysML, MATLAB, Simulink, MagicDraw, or similar.\nStrong understanding of systems engineering principles, processes, and standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 15288).\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and critically.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.\nEligibility to obtain necessary security clearances.Desired Skills:\n\nExperience with requirements management tools such as DOORS.\nKnowledge of software development and coding in such as Python, C++, or Java.\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies.\nCertification in systems engineering (e.g., INCOSE CSEP). \n\nDue to the nature of this role you will need to have excellent team skills, be self-motivated, fast-learning and have the ability to prioritise and manage your own work with minimal guidance.\n\nPlease be aware you will will be subject to both security and export control restrictions.
