We are looking for postgraduates with Chinese language skills from motor, electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or related fields to join our design team in Guangdong, China.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for designing and developing products according to the project plan, technical specifications, and customer requirements, and formulating preliminary process specifications.
2. Responsible for the design and testing of motors.
3. Responsible for developing motor and product testing plans and performance evaluations.
4. Responsible for monitoring the progress of new product mass production in the early stages and resolving technical issues related to motor parts and processes during production.
5. Responsible for the improvement and enhancement of motor technology to reduce manufacturing costs.
6. Assist the sales department in communicating product-related information and design changes with customers.
7. Responsible for revising and improving the standards related to the company's motor products.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above in motor, electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or related fields; fresh graduate or postgraduate with 1-2 years of motor related experience are welcome.
2. Familiarity with motor/mechanical principles and the selection of mechanical materials.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Maxwell, and Office software.
4. Fluency in both Chinese and English.
