MRB Engineer - Aerospace Manufacturer

The Role: As MRB Engineer, you’ll act as the technical bridge between design engineering and manufacturing, reviewing non-conformances and driving effective solutions to enhance safety, compliance, and product reliability. This is a great opportunity to lead process improvement and set the standards for airworthiness in aviation products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and resolve non-conforming items

* Perform engineering reviews to ensure products meet airworthiness and certification requirements

* Drive root cause investigations and implement corrective actions

* Support documentation for certification bodies, including EASA, CAA, and FAA

* Contribute to the development of engineering best practices and lessons learned

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience)

* Previous engineering experience in aviation, aerospace, or related sectors

* Strong working knowledge of quality and certification standards
