OverviewWe are looking for a full time Multi-Skilled Engineer (AC/ Electrical) to join our growing team of service engineers. You’ll be working alongside our other service engineers across a large number of our commercial clients in the Dundee area.This is a fully remote role and requires a full UK driving licence. Out-of-hours maintenance may be required, including early starts, late finishes, and night work.On Call: 24-hour on-call rota with a maximum 1 week in 4 (Friday-Thursday) – currently 1 in 6.Skills, Experience & QualificationsEssential:Experience within the FM industry supporting commercial properties with reactive and planned maintenance activitiesFgas Level 2 Cat 1 qualificationExperience working on a range of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration equipment including VRVs, VRFs, Splits and ChillersWorking knowledge of Building Regulations18th Edition ElectricalElectrically competentBuilding Environmental and Electrical Services including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning within the building services industrySound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations regarding maintenance activitiesBasic plumbing and building material skills/knowledgeAsbestos AwarenessFull UK driving licenceDesirable:CSCS cardIPAF & PASMAPart P Electrical certificateResponsibilitiesUndertaking all aspects of air conditioning service and maintenance.
