A leading Facilities Maintenance service provider is seeking an experienced and versatile Multi-Skilled Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site engineering team. Job Description

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs and KPIs. Maintain and service electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, control panels, emergency lighting, and fire alarms. Perform mechanical maintenance on HVAC plant, pumps, valves, AHUs, FCUs, pipework, and basic plumbing systems. Conduct regular site inspections, plant checks, and monitor BMS systems to ensure optimal performance. Provide first-line fault diagnosis and repair, escalating complex issues where necessary. Complete all relevant documentation accurately, including maintenance logs, compliance paperwork, and risk assessments. Support other on-site engineers and subcontractors to ensure smooth, efficient site operations. Ensure adherence to health & safety protocols, including safe systems of work and permit-to-work procedures.
