About the Role:

* We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading provider of integrated facilities and real estate management.

* You will be delivering mechanical and electrical maintenance across plant, equipment and building services

Key Responsibilities:

* Planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs.

* Optimising plant performance and managing environmental conditions via BMS systems.

* Using CAFM systems to complete work orders accurately.

* Participating in the on-call rota and working overtime when required.

Requirements:

* Previous Experience within a similar role.

* Qualifications needed include FGas Category 1 and ideally IPAF

* Strong Knowledge of the FM Sector

Benefits:

* Salary could reach up to £46,000 with Overtime Availability

* 25 days Annual Leave plus 8 bank holiday.

* Mon to Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm
