Role: Engineer – multi skilled
Location: Leeming Bar, Northallerton
Salary: £45-£50k (dep on experience) plus overtime
This really is an exceptional opportunity for a fully trained Multi skilled Engineer with relevant hands on experience to join an outstanding and growing organization within the food industry.
Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor you will be involved in Planned and unplanned maintenance and break down, maintain kit, and systems, to ensure that we achieve our production targets, aiming zero target engineering down time throughout the plants.
Also ensuring that equipment is available for production, required an energy and urgency at all time to fix the breakdown asap. Developing a clear knowledge and understanding of the factory, machinery and their use.
Your role responsibilities will include: Multi skilled Engineer
* Carrying out fault finding diagnosis and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Electronics repair will be an advantage
* required to attend and carry tasks on planned and unplanned maintenance of our high-speed production machinery such as servo-controlled P&P systems, filling machines, flow wrappers, check weighers, shrink and stretch wrappers etc.
* This is a hands-on role, to carry mechanical, electrical and pneumatic/hydraulic tasks with sense of urgency.
