Foot Mobile Engineer Westminster, London £43,000 - £45,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Bias Foot Mobile Engineer to join our facilities maintenance team covering multiple high-profile commercial sites across Westminster. You should hold City and Guild / NVQ qualifications, with 3+ years experience in the maintenance sector.

Key Responsibilities: Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on electrical systems and associated equipment. Diagnose and repair faults on electrical installations including lighting, power, distribution boards, and emergency systems. Conduct testing, inspection, and certification of electrical installations (18th Edition compliant). Carry out basic mechanical maintenance (e.g. AHUs, FCUs, pumps) as required. Liaise with clients and site staff to ensure smooth service delivery. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures. Requirements: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent. 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations. (essential) Experience in commercial building maintenance (essential). Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Good communication and client-facing skills. Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential – foot mobile role).
