Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across multiple sites

Deliver high-quality work across a mix of electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines

Diagnose and resolve breakdowns efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to clients

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures

Work independently and as part of a team to deliver top-class FM services

Skills & Experience Required: Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

Proven experience working in a multi-skilled engineer role within facilities management

Strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and repair skills

Full UK driving licence

Excellent communication and customer service skills
