Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Norfolk Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits Shifts: 4 on 4 off

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced food manufacturing business. You’ll play a key role in keeping production lines running smoothly, minimising downtime, and ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on production equipment.

Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.

*

Support continuous improvement projects to boost reliability and efficiency.

*

Work closely with production teams to resolve breakdowns quickly and minimise disruption.

*

Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.

*

Accurately record maintenance activities and keep documentation up to date.

About You

*

Time-served Engineer with a recognised qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

*

Confident fault-finding across both electrical and mechanical systems.

*

Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment (food industry experience desirable).
