Oversee and maintain engineering systems and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimise downtime. Implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimise production processes. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all engineering activities, and in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. To report any incidents, accidents and near misses in accordance with Health and Safety Policies. Provide technical expertise and advice to support continuous improvement initiatives.
