Blue Arrow is currently recruiting a Muti Skilled Engineer to join our clients expanding team based in the Baglan area. Our client is a Global leader in Water and Hygiene.

Salary : 45,000pa (36k + 25% SA)

Contract : This is a temporary, ongoing position with a view to become permanent providing candidates meet the performance and job spec criteria.

Shift Pattern: 3 shift patterns rotating weekly Mornings: Mon-Fri, 6am-2pm, Afternoons: Mon-Fri, 2pm-10pm, Nights: Sun-Thurs, 10pm-6am

Job Purpose: To provide high-quality engineering support to the production and operations teams by maintaining, improving, and repairing equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a multi-skilled engineer with strong mechanical and electrical competencies and proven experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on a wide range of production and packaging machinery. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation faults. Participate in continuous improvement activities, including lean manufacturing initiatives and root cause analysis.
