Ready to sink your teeth into something new? I'm recruiting for a fast-growing food manufacturer looking for a Multi-skilled Engineer to help build, maintain, and future proof their production playground.

This is more than nuts, bolts and belts. It’s about building something from the ground up. You’ll get stuck into shaping the workshop, spec and source parts, and helping scale a business with huge ambition and even bigger machinery.

  • PPM and reactive maintenance on conveyors, chillers, mixers and packers

  • Fix breakdowns fast and keep things flowing in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • Support installations, upgrades and automation projects as they scale up

  • Help establish and evolve a preventative maintenance programme

  • Collaborate across Production, QA and Ops teams 

  • Continuous improvement, safety and reliability

  • Contribute to audits, process trials and shiny new equipment rollouts

    • Qualifications & Skills:

  • FMCG or food manufacturing experience in a multi-skilled role

  • Strong across both mechanical and electrical 

  • Hands-on knowledge of sensors, VFDs, PLC controlled systems

  • Skilled with hand tools, welding/grinding/drilling for machine mods

  • Sharp eye for detail and a fixer’s mind set — if something’s off, you’re already halfway to sorting it

  • Safety-first approach, but always ready to innovate
