About the Role
We are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our client’s busy site in Worksop. This is a hands-on position, supporting site engineers with a variety of maintenance and repair activities across production machinery and equipment. The role offers a structured shift rota with excellent earning potential and long-term career stability.
Shift Pattern (12-hour shifts, 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am):
* Week 1: Mon (Days), Tue (Days), Wed (Off), Thu (Nights), Fri (Nights)
* Week 2: Mon (Off), Tue (Off), Wed (Days), Thu (Days), Fri (Days)
* Week 3: Mon (Nights), Tue (Nights), Wed (Nights), Thu (Off), Fri (Off)
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, test, examine, and maintain a variety of site machinery.
* Attend breakdowns and minimise production interruptions.
* Carry out routine maintenance and weekly PPMs.
* Follow safe working practices at all times.
* Work with the wider site team to improve equipment performance (OEE).
* Keep engineering records up to date in line with ISO standards.
Experience & Skills Required:
* Practical, “can-do” approach to supporting engineering teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety.
* Willingness to work both days and nights as part of the shift rota.
