The role is supported by strong investment, a growing workload and a focus on continuous improvement, offering a secure position with real career potential.ResponsibilitiesProvide support to production and resolve equipment issuesCarry out shift handovers and prioritise maintenance tasksDiagnose faults and ensure quick resolution of breakdownsPerform planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Support continuous improvement and reliability projectsAssist with facilities and site maintenance as neededTypical Equipment You'll Work WithLaminators, Coaters, Slitters, Packaging MachinerySensors, Relays, DrivesHydraulic and Pneumatic SystemsInstrumentation and Control SystemsGeneral workshop equipment (lathe, welding, etc.)What We're Looking ForTime-served apprenticeship or equivalentRecognised qualification in an engineering disciplineStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsComfortable working in a manufacturing environmentExperience with both reactive and planned maintenanceONC or equivalent minimum qualificationThe PackageSalary: £48,000 DOEHours: 45 hrs/week - Monday to Thursday, weekly rotating Days/Nights (6-6)21 days holiday + bank holidaysCompany profit share schemeAnnual pay reviewsHealth cover (MediCash)Ongoing training and progressionSupportive, team-based engineering structure #J-18808-Ljbffr
