Were looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join one of our respected clients based in Brackley ! As part of a close-knit, skilled engineering team, youll be responsible for keeping a variety of agricultural production, recycling, and site equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently through both planned and reactive maintenance. This role is perfect for a proactive, hands-on engineer with a background in agriculture, farming, recycling, heavy plant, or other industrial environments. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position! What youll be doing Planned and reactive maintenance on agricultural and production machinery Inspections, lubrication, and condition monitoring Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults Fault-finding on motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and 3-phase systems Troubleshooting control panels, sensors, drives, and wiring Support machinery installations, upgrades, and reliability projects Welding and fabrication (guards, brackets, pipework) Log all work accurately and working to Health & Safety standards Hours MondayFriday, 7:00am-16:30pm 1-in-3 on-call rota (shift allowance of £2,344 per annum) Pay £43,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE, including on-call allowance) Overtime available Skills/Experience Required Essential Maintenance experience in agriculture, farming, recycling, or industrial manufacturing 18th Edition or equivalent electrical qualification Multi-skilled across both mechanical and electrical disciplines Able to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings A valid UK driving licence Preferred MIG or TIG welding experience Benefits 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Competitive salary + on-call allowance Overtime available Company pension scheme Free on-site parking Ongoing training and career development Health & wellbeing support Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
