To support this journey, we’re recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to strengthen a high-performing Engineering team.

The role As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you’ll keep fast-paced production lines running safely and efficiently through a balance of proactive PPM and swift, quality reactive work. You’ll collaborate with Production, CI and Quality to drive reliability, reduce waste, and sustain best-in-class standards.

Key responsibilities

* Deliver reactive and preventative maintenance across processing and packaging equipment.

* Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults (motors, sensors, conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics).

* Support CI/TPM initiatives, RCA, and reliability improvements tied to site projects launching in November 2025.

* Execute planned shutdowns, changeovers, and line optimisations; update CMMS and maintenance records.
