Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a small shift engineering team (12 engineers per shift). Diagnose and repair faults across hydraulic, pneumatic, steam,electrical, and robotic systems. Drive improvements in reliability and maintenance scheduling. Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and support TPM initiatives. Assist with machinery installations, commissioning, and decommissioning. Liaise with external contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Champion Health & Safety and promote a proactive safety culture. Identify repeat issues and contribute to long-term engineering solutions.
