Electrical & Mechanical Equipment Electrical & Mechanical Installations Supporting Resources Buildings Utility Services Responsibilities Mechanical service, repair, replacement of: Motors, gearboxes, couplings, seals, pumps, valves, hydraulics, pneumatics etc. Electrical service, repair, replacement of: Motors, sensors, valves, control gear, VSDs, servos, instrumentation, power distribution systems, safety systems etc. Takes care of the electrical and mechanical settings, documenting them where possible. Performs certain measurements, adjustments, tests and calibrations. Identification and selection of suitable parts and spares for the task. Evaluates the possibility or the necessity of repairing or replacing components. Works with the parts coordinator to obtain and maintain stock levels and stores accuracy.
