Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Taylor Made Employment are working alongside our leading client to find Multi-skilled engineers to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be working as part of the maintenance team reacting to and resolving day to day issues. You will be working closely with other departments and production lines to identify improvements to plant reliability, safety and product quality. The role demands a high level of fault finding on both electrical and mechanical applications.
Working Pattern 1- Rotating shifts 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday paying £44,000 annual salary.
Responsibilities:
You will have a high degree of processes and machinery skills, knowledge and ability. You will be fully trained and be able to operate machinery and equipment to the required standards. You will work in accordance with all information, instruction, training and supervision, setting up machinery in preparation for production operations and periodically test the operation of machine safety features.
You will be completing planned and preventative maintenance schedules ensuring the results are clearly recorded and validated. This includes but is not limited to:
* Completing routines and works orders including recording parts used and time taken to build an accurate plant history.
* Review of maintenance routines to ensure best use of resources.
* Storing and recording of maintenance routines.
