Were seeking a skilled Multi-Trader with a focus on painting, plumbing, and tiling to join our team on a self-employed basis. This full-time role is ideal for a versatile professional excited to work in Notting Hill, Kensington and Chelsea as well as other areas close by. About the Role In this role, youll take on a variety of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks according to your expertise, including but not limited to: Painting and Decorating Bathroom & Kitchen Installations Sash Window Repairs and Balancing General Carpentry and Joinery Basic Plumbing & Electrical Repairs Flooring and Glazing Door & Fire Door Installations Fence & Gutter Repairs and Installations While a broad skill set is valuable, we dont expect you to cover everythingyour core skills and specialties will be matched with assignments that suit you best. What Youll Bring: Core Skills

: Proficiency in painting, tiling, carpentry, and plastering , with a foundational knowledge of plumbing (changing taps/toilets) and electrical work (changing sockets/switches). Professionalism

: A neat, methodical approach and pride in your work. Problem-Solving Ability

: Initiative to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently. Communication
