Salary: Up to £, (depending on experience)
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off Rotating Days & Nights (7am7pm / 7pm7am)

About the Role
We're on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to support our high-performing engineering team at our client's main site. You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving state-of-the-art production lines, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability. From reactive maintenance to continuous improvement initiatives, your work will be key to keeping operations running smoothly.

What we are looking for

  • A Level 3 qualification or HNC/HND in Engineering
  • Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing environments
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for technical excellence
